[*aWakE. iN. mY $LeEp*] ...how many times have you felt that you never really fell asleep? as you sleep, you feel that you're awake? what is consciousness and what isn't? how would you know if you would ever wake up from your sleep again? how would you know if it was a dream or reality? how would you know if maybe what you saw, felt, heard, could actually be real?
life is covered in mystery. the more we search for answers, the more questions we get. and maybe, we may feel even more helpless. death is inevitable. no one can attain immortality, and if anyone did, it'd be in their dreams. haha. anyways, life for me, has been very mundane. if it was writen into a book, i think people would have died while reading it. they would have died of utter boredom. but then again, this is not really my entire life yet. i still have a long journey ahead. however, how long it is, is still a mystery, it's all in God's hand, written in the book of life and death.
in any case, this year has been quite happening already. my emotions have been brought on a roller coster ride and i've many memories for one year already. but there's still grad night and post A levels. haha. i'm looking forward to it but i have to work ultra hard in the meantime. it's a trade off i guess. high levels of stress for a faster route to a university and 7 whole months of break. i guess i'd find a temporary job, learn driving and etc, and maybe go overseas in that 7 months. life holds many surprises and i wanna see as much of the world as i can.
i wanna go to greece, japan, korea, australia, london, paris, denmark, holland, hawaii etc. maybe i should just consider the job in the service or tourism industry. cos it will literally bring me places. but will i be able to take it? leaving home ever so often. never really be in one place? is that the life i can imagine myself in? well, only God knows i guess. He has it all planned out for me. i can only dream and imagine. haha.
